KOAN PI

The Koan-PI questionnaire is empirically developed on the basis of a variety of data, which serve as a foundation for the descriptions and assessments.

In other words, the results of a personality assessment are not solely based on theoretical insights, but rather are elaborated on the basis of the scientific, statistical analysis of concrete individual descriptions.

We have found a large group of people from a wide variety of backgrounds prepared to take part in this survey. These participants in turn have invited other people in their immediate environment to provide information about a number of personality traits, by completing an extensive questionnaire that focuses on aspects of their personality and behavior.
