Activities

  • Responsible for full cycle recruitment & selection processes
  • Determining selection criteria and timeline based on and recruitment schedules, in accordance recruitment procedure
  • Advertising and sourcing potential candidates through different recruitment channels (company’s careers page, social media, job boards, internally)
  • Scheduling and sustaining hiring interviews, including screening calls, assessments and face to face interviews
  • Providing shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Selecting the right candidates together with Hiring Manager and presenting and signing the job offer with the selected candidates
  • Participating in the elaboration of the recruitment strategy along with HR Manager
  • Managing the relationship with the recruitment agencies
  • Providing regular updates to the partners/hiring managers on open vacancies, sourcing strategies, candidates in the pipeline all the way through to the agreed offer progress for each role
  • Preparing different recruitment reports and monitoring key HR recruitment metrics (e.g. time-to fill)
  • Work with the communication team to develop the online presence and social media strategy (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, selected job boards, etc.) with a particular focus on graduate hiring
  • Creating and driving non-traditional, innovative recruitment methods to insure continuous pipeline to reach passive job seekers and to source hard to fill roles
  • Promoting a strong and consistent company employer branding
  • Internal branding: Sustain and promote a positive working environment within the organization
  • External employer branding: Organize and attend job fairs and other recruitment events (including social media)
  • Acting as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard
  • Designing and updating job descriptions
  • Responsible for exit interview process

Accountabilities

Deliver the proper & timely recruitment processes and ensure the development of a successful employer branding;

Qualifications/Experience required
• University graduate – Social Science (Psychology, Sociology, Human Resources is a plus)
• Minimum of 1-2 years’ work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role;
• Working experience in a Shared Service Centre is a plus
• Very good knowledge of interviewing methods and techniques
• Soft skill Competencies: Client Orientation, Communication, Planning &organizing, Results Orientation, Flexibility (adaptability)
• Advanced English Skills;
• Microsoft Office Suite –medium level
