We are growing our Telesales Team and we are looking for quick witted colleagues.
A typical day in this role could include:
- Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about our services;
- Answering questions about the products/ services or the company;
- Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales;
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed;
- Enter and update customer information in the database;
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner;
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
To be successful in the role, you will have to:
- Have proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role;
- Have good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems;
- Possess the ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects;
- Show excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Act cool-tempered and able to handle rejection;
- Have outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
